Vagli Park in the Apuan Alps for adventure lovers

In the province of Lucca, surrounded by the protective shadow of the Apuan Alps, lies the Vagli Park (also known as “Vagli Park”). Tourists and visitors from all over the world have described it as one of the most entertaining attractions in Garfagnana, with routes available for the whole family.

Adventure lovers will find a powerful ally in the Park, which allows them to launch themselves into the void thanks to its very famous zip line and many other activities. The goal of those who organize the events at Vagli Park is to ensure that participants have access to a unique experience that they will hardly forget.

The goal is to create unforgettable memories that do justice to the beauty of Tuscany.

The activities offered by the park

As expected, Parco Vagli offers a number of interesting activities to choose from upon arrival. Through the official website, you can book in advance to be sure to find a place and avoid the queue.

The leap into the void

The first adventure is one of the most popular ones. It is the “leap into the void”, the 1500-meter zip line that crosses the Alps from one side to the other, offering an incredible view.
You can request a single or double adventure, jumping together with your partner to share the thrill of the jump.
You travel at a speed of approximately 150 km/h, carried 350 m above the ground.
A one-of-a-kind experience that would impress anyone.

The suspension bridge

For those who prefer to walk rather than "fly", here is a less demanding suggestion. The suspension bridge of the Vagli Park connects Monte Pisanino with Monte Tambura.
It was built with glass panels that allow you to see Lake Vagli in all its blue splendor.

Paths immersed in nature

Starting from the entrance of the park, it is possible to try a series of particularly suggestive paths. Visitors are given a specific itinerary, which varies according to the level of experience and time available.

Of course, you can choose the one that best suits your abilities, so that you can admire the beautiful landscape of the Apuan Alps from different angles.
The most popular itinerary is the one that leads to the hermitage of San Viviano, crossing the Arnetola Valley. The medium difficulty and the beauty of the valley have made it very famous.

Park of Honor and Disorder

The Park of Honor and Dishonor is located a few meters from the Vagli Lake. Inside there are 20 marble statues representing historical and modern figures. The aim is to create a path where the figures, following one another, reveal qualities such as honor and dishonor, depending on the behaviors that characterized their lives.
