The castle of Trento is among the most important tourist attractions in the region and you cannot miss it. Located higher than the city and defended by solid walls, here you can see:
Visiting the castle means getting lost in another time, here in fact not only the atmosphere but also paintings, sculptures and artifacts dating back to prehistoric times up to 1800 will take you back in the ages. The castle is open to the public from Tuesday to Sunday.

Palazzo Roccabruna is an ancient 16th century manor, once belonging to the ancient Roccabruna family . Completely restored in 2004, it offers opportunities to participate in free exhibitions.
The building is also home to the Provincial Enoteca of Trentino with an assortment of wines, grappas and liqueurs from 1940 to 1980.
Inside are given also cooking classes and food & wine tastings, so if you love good food and good wine you can't miss the opportunity to visit this place.
The Doss Trento , also known as Monte Verruca, is a rocky spur that reaches 309 m asl, covered by hectares of forest that, in ancient Rome together with the Dosso di San Rocco and the one of Sant'Agata, was part of the Roman Tridentum. This is a unique place, a must see.

Its beauty is such that it became famous because it was portrayed by the famous painter Albrecht Dürer in a watercolor entitled Trintperg. Climbing along this small mountain you can cross the Doss Trento Natural Park , discovering its naturalistic beauties.
The flora and fauna present here are the living testimony of the climatic transformations that have taken place over the centuries. On its top it is possible to find the Mausoleum of Cesare Battisti and the National Historical Museum of the Alpine Troops.
There are three different roads to access the mountain, its historical monuments and the Natural Park: passing through the Napoleonic fort, from the Piazzale di via Brescia and from the Piedicastello square . This last route is the most panoramic and involves a light climb that is not too difficult even if with several steps.
